Sweet & Spicy Chicken

Serves 4

4 skinless chicken breast fillets, sliced into strips
4 Tbs honey
2 Tbs teriyaki sauce
1 Tbs wholegrain mustard
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2-1 chilli, finely chopped

Combine honey, teriyaki, mustard, garlic and chilli and marinate the chicken for at least an hour.   Great either on the barbecue or as a stirfry.
